About introduction of amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus about measures for settlement of trade and economic cooperation in the field of oil export and oil products of January 12, 2007

being guided by article 4 of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus about measures for settlement of trade and economic cooperation in the field of oil export and oil products of January 12, 2007 (further - the Agreement),
aiming to develop and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of oil supply and oil products,
agreed as follows:
Make the following changes to the Agreement:
a) in paragraph one of Item 2 of Article 1 of the word "for 2024" to exclude;
b) in the paragraph the second Article 6 of the word "December 31, 2024" shall be replaced with words "on December 31, 2026 then its action is automatically prolonged for the subsequent year periods if any of the Parties does not notify in 3 months prior to the expiration of the next year period other Party on the intention to terminate this agreement".
The this Protocol is temporarily applied after 10 days from the date of its signing and becomes effective from the date of receipt through diplomatic channels of the last written notice of accomplishment of the interstate procedures by the Parties necessary for its entry into force.
