About modification and amendments in the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic on cooperation in the field of quarantine and protection of plants against May 2, 2007
The government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic which are hereinafter referred to as by the Parties for the purpose of further development of cooperation in the field of quarantine and protection of plants, and also being guided by article 11 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic about cooperation in the field of quarantine and protection of plants against May 2, 2007, agreed as follows:
Bring in the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic on cooperation in the field of quarantine and protection of plants against May 2, 2007 (further - the Agreement) the following changes:
1. After the paragraph of the fourth of article 1 of the Agreement to add the new paragraph in the following edition:
"The phytosanitary certificate - the official paper document or its official electronic equivalent constituted on sample of model of certificates of the International convention on quarantine and protection of plants, certifying that the load conforms to phytosanitary import requirements.".
2. Paragraphs two and third article 2 of the Agreement to state in the following edition:
"from the Government of the Republic of Belarus - the Ministry of Agriculture
and food of the Republic of Belarus;
from the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic - the Agency of food safety of the Azerbaijan Republic.".
3. Paragraphs of the sixth and eighth article 5 of the Agreement to exclude.
4. The paragraph the fourth article 6 of the Agreement to state in the following edition:
"In case of re-export quarantine material shall be followed
