About renewal of operation of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan about trade and economic cooperation in the field of oil supply and oil products to the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 9, 2010 and entering of changes into it

Article 1

The parties resume operation of the Agreement since January 1, 2024 taking into account the changes made to the Agreement according to Article 2 this Protocols.

Article 2

Make the following changes to the Agreement:

The second Article 3 of the word "in 2022 - 2024" to exclude 1) in the paragraph;

2) in Article 7 of the word", and in case of default of agreement are submitted to Court of Eurasian economic community" to exclude;

Paragraph two of Article 8 to state 3) in the following edition:
