1. For the purposes of this agreement concepts which mean the following are used:
"bus" - the vehicle intended for transportation of passengers and baggage, having more than 8 places for sitting apart from driver's seat;
"road train" - the combined vehicle consisting of the cargo vehicle and trail car (the trailing road train), the tractor and semitrailer truck (the saddle road train);
"cargo vehicle" - the vehicle supplied with own engine and intended for transportation of goods on highways;
"admissible height of the vehicle" - vehicle height with load or without load, not exceeding the values specified in appendix No. 1;
"admissible length of the vehicle" - vehicle length with load or without load, not exceeding the values specified in appendix No. 1;
"admissible width of the vehicle" - vehicle width with load or without load, not exceeding the values specified in appendix No. 1;
"the admissible mass of the vehicle" - the mass of the vehicle with load or without load, not exceeding the values specified in appendix No. 2;
