About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECIDE:

1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 1, 1996 No. 2922 "About approval of the Regulations on Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
