About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 9, 2012 No. 1028
For the purpose of enhancement of activities of legal entities selling granules wood fuel the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 9, 2012 No. 1028 "About providing the population with firm types of fuel" the following changes:
in Item 2:
add subitem 2.1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"granules wood fuel – 2 tons;";
the interlinear note to subitem 2.2 after the word "lumpy" to add with words ", granules wood fuel";
in Regulations on the procedure for providing the population with firm types of fuel and compensation of difference in the prices of the firm types of fuel realized to the population on the fixed retail prices approved by this resolution:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Providing the population with firm types of fuel on the fixed retail prices is performed by municipal unitary enterprises on providing fuel with firm types, including their branches, public forestry and landscape institutions and other legal entities determined by regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom (further – the toplivosnabzhayushchy organizations), by retail trade.";
to add subitem 6.2 of Item 6 after the word "middle names" with words "(if that is available)";
Item 15 after the word "lumpy" to add with words "granules wood fuel,";
to add Item 24 part one after the words "In case of Sale of Firm Types of Fuel" with words "(except for granules of wood fuel)";
in Item 26:
state subitem 26.1 in the following edition:
"26.1. on firewood, fuel briquettes, peat lumpy, to coal – difference between the selling (contractual) price of producers of firm types of fuel and the fixed retail price established by regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom within leave regulations;
