About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in paragraph six of subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 9, 2012 "About providing the population with firm types of fuel" figure "2" to replace No. 1028 with figures of "3,6";

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2023 No. 716 "About package of measures for increase in use of wood fuel granules (pellet)":

add the resolution with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. And the State program "Comfortable housing and the favorable circle" for 2021-2025 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 28, 2021 No. 50, to provide to regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom according to the lists of objects determined in the State program "Energy saving" for 2021-2025 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 24, 2021 No. 103, the direction of funds of local budgets for financing of construction of power sources which work is planned including with use of wood fuel granules (pellet), in the amounts at least provided on the specified purposes by settlement indicators according to consolidated budgets of areas.";
