About modification of the "Rules of payment of insurance premiums" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 29, 2017 No. 620

Make the following changes to the "Rules of payment of insurance premiums" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 29, 2017 No. 620 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2017, No. 12 (the book II), Article 2565; 2018, No. 12 (book II), Article 2730; 2019, No. 7, Articles 1318, 1334):
1. In Item 1.2 of the word "the employment relationships stopped only as a result of liquidation of state body or the legal entity or reducing number or staff of workers and in Service or the DOST Center according to the procedure established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic " about employment of the population "" shall be replaced with words "the employment relationships stopped on the bases, the stipulated in Article 13.1 Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About insurance on unemployment" and according to article 5 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About employment of the population"".
