About procedure of payments in the wholesale market of electrical energy

For the purpose of settlement of relations in the wholesale market of electrical energy in connection with restructuring of the energy sector of the Kyrgyz Republic, ensuring energy security and steady work of power supply system, uninterrupted access of economy of the republic and the population to power supply, according to article 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About power", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on procedure of payments for electrical energy participants of the wholesale market according to appendix 1;

2) the Procedure of payments and equity distribution of the money arriving in authorized bank from internal consumers of electrical energy between the companies performing development, transfer and distribution of electrical energy according to appendix 2.

2. Determine Eldik Bank open joint stock company as authorized bank for implementation of settlings with participants of the wholesale market of electrical energy.

3. Recommend to Eldik Bank open joint stock company to open in accordance with the established procedure the transit account for the purpose of accumulation of the means (payment) received from consumers of electrical energy, for carrying out further settlings with electric power producers, transferring and the distributing companies.

4. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure of payments in the wholesale market of electrical energy" of May 25, 2002 No. 335;
