In recent years in our country consecutive measures for systematization of the legislation, increase in share of the laws of direct action, strengthening of influence of the adopted laws on process of socio-political, social and economic and judicial and legal reforms, identification and elimination of corruption risks in the legislation, and also to expansion of private property by privatization of state-owned property are undertaken.
At the same time in some legal acts lack of specific mechanisms of their realization, and also obsolescence of the regulations caused by development of the public relations require their review and enhancement. Besides, there is need of improvement of conditions of investment attraction in the territory of industrial and entrepreneurial zones, ensuring the accelerated implementation of investment projects by providing the property right to the objects located in the territory of these zones.
This Law reviews the obsolete rules which lost the relevance and also mechanisms of realization of some regulations in the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About consumer protection", "About road transport", "About estimative activities", "About highways", "About special economic zones" and "About the rights of persons with disability" are determined.
