About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

2. The paragraph the fourth the subitem "v" of Item 1 and the paragraph third the subitem "v" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution become effective since January 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the Regulations on features of legal regulation in the field of marking of goods means of identification in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 4, 2023 No. 690 "About features of legal regulation in the field of marking of goods means of identification in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 19, the Art. 3462):

a) in item 4 of the word "till April 1, 2025." shall be replaced with words "till April 1, 2026";

b) in Item 8 of the word "Till April 1, 2025." shall be replaced with words "Till April 1, 2026";
