The changes made to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30

1. Notes to Section 2.8 of the inventory concerning which the allowing procedure for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 2 to the specified Decision) is established, to add with the note 3 following of content:

"3. The measure of non-tariff regulation concerning types of the wild animals specified in table 1 of this Section extends also to their visible parts and derivatives (codes 0507 90 000 0, of 0510 00 000 0 CN FEA EEU), except for visible parts and derivatives of the wild animals who are exported from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union by physical persons in goods quality for private use.".
