About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 3, 2019 No. 2008/5

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 03, 2019 No. 2008/5 "About information exchange of the automated system of enforcement proceeding and the State register of acts of civil status of citizens", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 04, 2019 at No. 737/33708, such changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in heading of the word "About Information Exchange" "About electronic information exchange";
2) in Item 1 of the word "Procedure for Information Exchange" shall be replaced with words "Procedure for electronic information exchange";
The second Item 2 of the word of "Procedure for information exchange" shall be replaced with words 3) in the paragraph "Procedure for electronic information exchange".
2. Bring in the Procedure for information exchange of the automated system of the enforcement proceeding and the State register of acts of civil status of citizens approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 03, 2019 No. 2008/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 04, 2019 at No. 737/33708, the following changes:
1) in heading of the word "Procedure for Information Exchange" shall be replaced with words "Procedure for electronic information exchange";
2) in Item 1 of the word "the procedure of information exchange" shall be replaced with words "the mechanism of electronic information exchange";
