About measures for further development of transport and logistic system of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Approve:

The concept of development of transport and logistic system of the Republic of Uzbekistan till 2030 (further - the Concept) according to appendix No. 1;

"Road map" on realization in 2025 of the tasks determined in the Concept of development of transport and logistic system of the Republic of Uzbekistan till 2030 (further - "Road map"), according to appendix No. 2*.

2. Determine the priority directions of development of transport and logistic system till 2030:

diversification of the foreign trade routes due to further development of the international and regional cooperation, elimination of the available barriers, reducing delivery dates of loads on the foreign markets, optimization of transport and logistic expenses;

market development of logistics services, the principle of multimodality promoting the maximum realization, stimulation of creation of the large national transport operators specializing in rendering services in format 3PL above;

full realization of transit capacity of the country, including attraction of additional transit cargo flows by application of flexible tariff policy and simplification of customs procedures;

the complex and advancing development of transport infrastructure on the basis of expansion of scales of attraction of external and internal sources of financing and use of innovative technologies, creation of modern network of the transport and logistic centers taking into account the main cargo forming Items in regions;
