About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of regulation of the relations connected with passing of military service (service) in Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

1. Make changes and additions to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan providing establishment of the restrictions connected with passing of military service (service) according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov, the secretary of the Security Council in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan V. V. Makhmudov and the adviser to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. B. Kadirov.

Changes and additions made to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In Regulations on the service in bodies and organizations of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 12, 2013 No. PP-2036:

a) exclude Item 7;

b) state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. Employees of bodies of prosecutor's office have no right:

serve in bodies of prosecutor's office with the faces consisting with them in close relationship or property (parents, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, spouses, and also parents, brothers, sisters and children of spouses) if their joint service leads to direct subordination of one of them to another;

be engaged in other paid activities, except scientific, creative and pedagogical;

be engaged in business activity;

create subjects of business activity, be their founder (participant), perform organizational and managerial, administrative functions in the subject of business activity;

earn from physical persons and legal entities any rewards, benefits or gifts for accomplishment or failure to carry out of the office powers in their interests;

use not stipulated by the legislation privileges, preferences or benefits in connection with the official position;

participate in the hazardous and based on risk other games, including by means of information and communication technologies;

handle the purpose of acquisition of nationality of foreign state or receipt of the document granting the right to permanent residence in foreign state;

open and have accounts, own the real and other estate located outside the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, except for the accounts opened for the purpose of training, training and use of medical services in foreign state;

perform the powers for the benefit of the political parties, other public associations and their bodies, except as specified, connected with implementation of service duties;

hold religious practices and ceremonies during service, except for ceremonies on the occasion of the birth of the child, scrap, wedding and funeral;

organize religious practices and ceremonies, to store materials and objects of religious content in rooms and in the territory of bodies and organizations of prosecutor's office, except as specified, connected with implementation of service duties.

Non-compliance with the restrictions set in this provision is the basis for conducting office investigation in accordance with the established procedure";

c) to state the subitem "e" of Item 79 in the following edition:

"e) non-compliance by the prosecutor with the restrictions specified in Item 12 of this provision".

2. To add the regulations on service in law-enforcement bodies approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 29, 2017 No. PP-3413, with Item 11-1 of the following content:

"11-1. The citizen who showed willingness to arrive on service in law-enforcement bodies is acquainted in writing with the restrictions connected with service in law-enforcement bodies, established by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About law-enforcement bodies".

The candidates concordant with these restrictions and the Ministries conforming to special requirements, are employed in law-enforcement bodies".

3. In Regulations on the service in bodies of the State Customs Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 12, 2018 No. PP-3665:

a) add Item 10 with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

"the restrictions which refused to observe set by the acts of the legislation connected with service in customs authorities or not conforming to special requirements";

b) add with Item 22-1 of the following content:

"22-1. Customs officers have no right:

serve in customs authorities with the faces consisting with them in close relationship or property (parents, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, spouses, and also parents, brothers, sisters and children of spouses) if their joint service leads to direct subordination of one of them to another;

be engaged in other paid activities, except scientific, creative and pedagogical;

be engaged in business activity;

create subjects of business activity, be their founder (participant), perform organizational and managerial, administrative functions in the subject of business activity;

earn from physical persons and legal entities any rewards, benefits or gifts for accomplishment or failure to carry out of the office powers in their interests;
