According to part five of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine", the paragraph of the fourth Item 21 of the Procedure for maintaining the State document register of the insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 16, 2002 No. 642 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 30, 2024 to No. 631), I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for issue of acts of laying of technical and project working documentation in insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 28, 2012 No. 1437/5 "About approval of forms and descriptions of acts of laying of technical and project (working) documentation in insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 02, 2012 at No. 1674/21986.
3. To the sector of normative legal support of archiving () submit V. L. Rud this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
4. This order becomes effective since June 1, 2025, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of justice of Ukraine Vasilchuk V. A.
