About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning parallel import of medicines
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning parallel import of medicines of change which are applied.
2. Determine that by day of formation of the central executive body with the special status realizing state policy in the field of creation, the admission on the market, the quality control, safety and efficiency of medicines determined by the Law of Ukraine of July 28, 2022 No. 2469-IX "About medicines":
the decision on issue or refusal in issue of permission to parallel import of medicine, and also suspension, the termination, cancellation of action of such permission and other powers of state control body provided by the Law of Ukraine of July 28, 2022 No. 2469-IX "About medicines" on implementation of the state supervision (control) concerning medicines which are in parallel imported on the territory of Ukraine is accepted by Public service on medicines and control of drugs;
consideration of the application and the documents attached to it on the medicine imported on the territory of Ukraine as parallel import which move the subject of managing for obtaining or cancellation of action of permission to parallel import of medicine or modification of the submitted documents is performed by the State company "State Expert Centre of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine".
