Rules of redistribution of vacant established posts between state bodies and their subordinated organizations

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of redistribution of vacant established posts between state bodies and their subordinated organizations (further – Rules) determine procedure for redistribution of vacant established posts between state bodies and their subordinated organizations.

2. These rules extend to cases of increase in limits of the number of staff of state bodies by redistribution of the vacant established posts, except as specified, provided by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 31, 2000 No. 427 "About measures for improvement of work of the state apparatus, fight against bureaucracy and reducing document flow" (further – the Decree).

3. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) the subordinated organization – the legal entity in the form of the republican public institution which is under authority of the central state body;
