About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About traffic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 No. 313-Z "About traffic" the following changes:

1. In paragraphs the fourth or seventh part three of Article 24 of the word "80 kilowatts" shall be replaced with words "kilowatt 110,3".

2. In Article 25:

in word part two "categories "A", "B", "C" shall be replaced with words "categories "A", "B", "C", "F";

word part three in paragraph three "categories "D", "E", "F" shall be replaced with words "categories "D", "E".

Article 2. The car driver licenses on the right of control of the wheel tractor, self-propelled machine issued before entry into force of this Law keep the action during the term for which they were issued, and confirm the right of control of the wheel tractor, self-propelled machine of the categories specified in these certificates.

Article 3. In two-month time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Law and to take other measures for realization of provisions of this Law.

Article 4. This Law becomes effective in the following procedure:

Articles 1 and 2 - in two months after official publication of this Law;

other provisions - after official publication of this Law.
