Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 No. 314-Z "About the state and mobilization material reserves" the following changes:

"replacement of material values of the state and (or) mobilization material reserves - release of material values from the state and (or) mobilization material reserves in connection with change of mandatory requirements for observance of technical regulatory legal acts in the field of technical regulation and standardization, technical regulations of the Customs union, the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) the production technology in which these material values, or structures of industrial production and consumption, and also in the absence of possibility of return of similar material values with simultaneous return or return with gap in time of material values, technical regulatory legal acts, conforming requirements obligatory for observance, in the field of technical regulation and standardization, technical regulations of the Customs union are used, The Eurasian Economic Union and (or) the production technology in which they are used, and structure of industrial production and consumption;";
after the paragraph of the ninth to add Article with paragraphs of the following content:
