According to provisions of Article 26 of the Customs code of Ukraine and the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 23.10.2000 of N 1159, and for the purpose of strengthening of coordination of the joint operation directed to non-admission of losses of the budget in case of reduction of taxation basis during customs clearance of goods we ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out price analysis of goods which are imported to Ukraine it (is applied).
2. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine of Pyatnitsky V. T. and the vice-chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Sheyko O. P.
