For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine we ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine of February 01, 2007 No. 20/85 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out price analysis of the goods imported to Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 03.04 2007 for No. 305/13572.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to international business department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the first deputy the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Maksyuta A. A. and First Deputy Minister of the income and charges of Ukraine Derivolkov S. D.
