1. Approve the Procedure for provision of information by bodies of the State Tax Service on requests of bodies of the public executive service (further - the Procedure) which is applied.

2. To department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, departments of the public executive service of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, district, district in the cities, city (the cities of regional value), to gorrayonny departments of the public executive service of the relevant justice departments to provide:

provision of requests to bodies of the State Tax Service for the location of bodies of the public executive service concerning account numbers of legal entities and physical litspredprinimatel according to the Procedure;

confidentiality of the specified data received from bodies of the State Tax Service.

3. To provide to State Tax Administrations in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol provision of information on requests of bodies of the public executive service according to Procedure.
