For the purpose of ensuring effective functioning of institute of jury members, creation of proper conditions for its realization, including determination of sources of financing and development of the corresponding infrastructure, to suspend the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About jury members in courts of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 15, 2009 No. 215 till January 1, 2035.
Suspend Chapter 45 of the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic till January 1, 2035.
This Law is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic to take necessary measures for implementation of this Law.
