Determine Fund of green power under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic authorized organization on provision to subjects of renewable energy resources of guarantee of the redemption of the electrical energy developed by objects of renewable energy resources within investment agreements on projects implementation on construction and operation of objects of renewable energy resources (further - guarantee by the redemption of electrical energy), in case of approach of case of non-payment of the delivered electric power at the expense of own means of "National Power Grid of Kyrgyzstan" open joint stock company (further - JSC NESK).
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 23.06.2025 No. 360
