About approval of the regulatory legal acts regulating use of remote educational technologies

For the purpose of creation of conditions for development of remote educational technologies in education system of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to article 10 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
1) the Procedure for use of remote educational technologies in case of implementation of educational programs of the higher and secondary professional education according to appendix 1;
2) the list of professions and specialties which receipt in intramural and extramural (evening), correspondence forms and in the form of the external studies is not allowed, according to appendix 2.
2. To perform all expenses connected with execution of this resolution within means of the relevant ministries and departments provided by the republican budget for the corresponding year and at the expense of own means of the educational organizations created by means of founders.
