I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 24, 2018 No. 374 "About approval of Rules of submission of reports by subsoil users when carrying out transactions on exploration and production of solid minerals, production of popular minerals" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 17063) the following changes:

in Rules of submission of reports by subsoil users when carrying out transactions on exploration and production of solid minerals, production of the popular minerals approved by the specified order:

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
