1. These rules of implementation of activities of administrative authorities for forming of uniformity of ministerial procedures (further – Rules) are developed according to Article 15-1 of the Administrative procedural Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – APPK) and determine procedure for forming of uniformity of the ministerial procedures including administrative acts and administrative practice.
For the purpose of these rules administrative authorities are understood as the central executive bodies and their departments, and also local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value and the capital, areas (cities of regional value).
