1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of creation and functioning of "National Investment Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic" open joint stock company of November 5, 2024 No. 666 the following change:
- state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. To the state agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to act as the shareholder (participant) of Fund on behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
