WE ORDER:
1. Bring in the joint order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2019 No. 259 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 12, 2019 No. 63 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of degree of risks and checking sheets in the field of grain market regulation" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 19025) the following changes and amendments:
to state preamble of the joint order in the following edition:
"According to Items 5 and 6 of Article 141 and Item 1 of article 143 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan we ORDER:";
in Item 1:
add with subitem 3-1) of the following content:
"3-1) checking leaf in the field of regulation of the market of grain on compliance to qualification requirements concerning the cereal-receiving companies according to appendix 3-1 to this joint order;";
4) to exclude the subitem;
to be reworded as follows appendices 1 and 3 to the specified joint order according to appendices 1 and 2 to this joint order;
add with appendix 3-1 according to appendix 3 to this joint order.
2. To provide to department of agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
