1. Approve the enclosed Technique of automatic compensation to subjects of entrepreneurship with installed capacity of electrical units to 200 kW by recalculation and (or) return of earlier made amount for the used electrical energy by the consumer in case of excess by the power transferring organizations of average value of number of shutdowns on one consumer in one calendar year and average value of duration of shutdowns on one consumer in one calendar year.
2. To provide to committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
