About approval of professional standards in the field of the construction industry
According to Item 5 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About professional qualifications", I ORDER:
1. Approve:
1) the professional standard "Production of Container and Collapsible Buildings and Rooms" according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) the professional standard "Production of Other Metal Products (Doors and Windows, Packaging from Light Metals)" according to appendix 2 to this order;
3) the professional standard "Production of Building Constructions and Products from Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys" according to appendix 3 to this order;
4) the professional standard "Production of Building Steel Structures" according to appendix 4 to this order.
2. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) within five calendar days after signing of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. Scope of the professional standard: professional standard: "Production of container and collapsible buildings and rooms" (further - the professional standard) it is developed according to Item 5 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About professional qualifications" for the purpose of personnel training at the companies, recognitions of professional qualification of workers and graduates of the organizations of education and solutions of wide range of tasks in the field of personnel management in the organizations and at the companies and it is applied in the field of production of container and collapsible buildings and rooms.
2. In this professional standard the following terms and determinations are applied:
1) the Engineering equipment of buildings (constructions) – complex of the engineering systems and technical devices creating normative or comfortable conditions of accommodation (life), labor activity (stay) of people, providing preserving material values, and also engineering support of processing equipment and production processes
2) the Design – structure, the device, relative positioning of parts of any subject, the machine, device, construction, etc.
3) Metal designs – the general name of designs from metals and different alloys used in different areas of economic activity of the person: construction of buildings, machines, large-scale devices, mechanisms, devices, etc.
3) In this professional standard the following reducings are applied:
