Bring in the Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 92; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, Art. 2239; 2022, No. 44, the Art. 2401) change which is applied.

Item 2-8 Governed to state in the following edition:
"2-8. In case of introduction in Ukraine of warlike situation the omission of citizens of male Ukraine aged from 18 up to 60 years following for transportation of medical loads, loads of the humanitarian assistance from among persons specified in Items 2-1, 2-6, 2-9, 2-14, 2-20 of these rules is performed by authorized persons of State frontier service on condition of accomplishment by such persons of these rules.".
