About procedure for the address with solid utility waste

According to the Federal Law "About Production Wastes and Consumption" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of the address with solid utility waste;

form of the standard agreement on rendering services in the address with solid utility waste;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Provisions of Item 38 of the Rules approved by this resolution are applied since January 1, 2030.

3. Till January 1, 2030 when implementing separate accumulating of solid utility waste by the types of waste, groups of waste and groups of homogeneous waste determined according to the procedure of accumulating (including separate accumulating) solid utility waste approved by executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation warehousing of such types of waste, groups of waste and groups of homogeneous waste with use of containers and (or) bunkers or stores of other flowers, than the colors determined according to Item 38 of the Rules approved by this resolution is allowed if it is determined by the specified procedure, on condition of ensuring color and symbolical designations of such containers and (or) bunkers or stores in the form of cliches, plates and stickers.

4. Recognize invalid separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

5. Recommend to executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution;

bring the agreements on the organization of activities for the address with solid utility waste signed with regional operators according to the address with solid utility waste before day of entry into force of this resolution into compliance with this resolution.

6. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
