1. Establish for 2025 amounts of the tariff quotas concerning the separate types of the goods coming from the Islamic Republic of Iran and imported in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – state members) according to the Agreement (further – the tariff quotas), according to appendix No. 1.
2. Determine that:
the rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 percent from customs value is applied to the goods imported within amounts of the tariff quotas specified in appendix No. 1 to this Decision in the presence of the license granted by authorized body of state member and in case of observance of the conditions of provision of free trade regime established by the Agreement;
the tariff quotas are applied to the goods specified in appendix No. 1 to this Decision, placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption;
