About features of establishment and distribution of the tariff quota, establishment of rates of export customs duties on export of wheat and meslin from the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol

1. Establish for the term of 1 March till December 31, 2025 (inclusive) the tariff quota on export from the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, wheat and meslin (codes 1001 19 000 0 and 1001 99 000 0 CN FEA EEU) placed under customs procedure of export (further respectively - the tariff quota, wheat and meslin), of 400 thousand tons.
2. Approve for the term of 1 March till December 31, 2025 (inclusive) rates of export customs duties on wheat and meslins which is taken out from the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 1.
3. Distribution of the tariff quota is performed by the Chairman of the board of ministers of the Republic of Crimea (person, it replacing) in case of the address of participants of foreign trade activity in declarative procedure according to the rules approved by the Chairman of the board of ministers of the Republic of Crimea (person, it replacing) in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the Government of Sevastopol.
