About approval of the Regulations on procedure for selection of the national operator of the sea register of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of strengthening of the international presence of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of sea navigation, increase in competitiveness of the country on the international scene, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About accession (acceptance) of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Convention on the International Maritime Organization accepted in Geneva on March 6, 1948" articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for selection of the national operator of the sea register of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the national operator) according to appendix 1.
2. Approve structure of the interdepartmental commission on selection of the national operator according to appendix 2.
3. Interdepartmental commission on selection of the national operator:
1) to make selection of the national operator according to the Provision specified in Item 1 of this resolution;
2) following the results of selection within 3 (three) working days to send the decision on determination of the national operator to the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of the decision on determination of the national operator to introduce the draft of the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. To the national operator (under approval) to establish the cost of the rendered services, including the registration fees and payments for provision of certificates or other documents in the procedure established by the legislation.
