According to parts six and the ninth article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About safety and quality of donor blood and components of blood" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve enclosed:
Procedure for realization of donor blood and components of blood by the subjects of system of blood performing procurement, conversion, testing, storage, distribution and realization of donor blood and components of blood;
Method of calculation of manufacturing cost of donor blood and components of blood for rendering services in transfusion of blood and/or components of blood;
Pricing technique for acquisition of plasma for fractionation.
2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 17, 2011 No. 298 "About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget for ensuring implementation of medical actions of separate state programs and complex actions of program nature" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 22, Art. 917; 2022, No. 18, the Art. 966) and of March 2, 2016 No. 285 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, the Art. 1184) changes which are applied.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
4. To the Ministry of Health to approve annually till March 15 on representation of the National transfuziologichesky center the list of reference subjects of system of blood, average reference manufacturing cost of donor blood and components of blood and the average reference price on donor blood and components of blood.
