About suggestions for improvement of the organization-legal mechanism of realization and systematization of legal acts of Eurasian economic community
The bureau of Inter-parliamentary Assembly decides:
1. Approve suggestions for improvement of the organization-legal mechanism of implementation of legal acts of Eurasian economic community and the project of the Regulations on the Unified register of legal acts of Eurasian economic community (the appendices 1, 2) finished taking into account the arrived notes.
2. Send the specified documents to the Secretariat of Integration Committee of EurAsEC for use in case of development of the corresponding legal acts of Community.

This document is developed based on article 14 of the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000 and determines:
the organization-legal mechanism of implementation of the existing international treaties, Bases of the legislation of EurAsEC, decisions of bodies of EurAsEC;
the control system behind implementation of legal acts of EurAsEC;
ratio of legal acts of Community with regulatory legal acts of state members of EurAsEC.
1.1. Basic concepts and determinations
For the purposes of this document the following basic concepts and determinations are used:
legal acts of Community - the existing international agreements (except for the international treaties which are subject to ratification), the Bases of the legislation of EurAsEC, the decision of bodies of EurAsEC obligatory or recommended for application in certain spheres of legal relationship;
