About introduction of amendments to some Laws of Ukraine of rather single questions of the direction of divisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to other states during action of warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About procedure for the direction of divisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to other states" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 19, the Art. 144):

add Article 2 with part two of the following content:

"During action of warlike situation of division of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the procedure determined by the legislation of Ukraine can go to other states and be in the territory of such states for the purpose of implementation of the actions connected with ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression against Ukraine, protection of its sovereignty and territorial integrity";

to add article 7 after part one with new part of the following content:

"During action of warlike situation the decision on the direction of divisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to other states is accepted by the President of Ukraine with simultaneous submission to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the bill of approval of such decision. Together with the bill the President of Ukraine submits information on tasks, total number of the specified divisions, types and structure of their arms and military equipment, subordination, terms of stay and procedure for their possible prolongation, replacement procedure of staff of divisions and procedure for their content".

With respect thereto the second to consider part part three.

2. "About the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 48, Art. 410 with the following changes) after part four to add article 1 of the Law of Ukraine with new part of the following content:
