About approval of Changes in Rules of creation and submission of the reporting by participants of the market of non-bank financial services to the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 56, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 16, of 21, 43 Laws of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of functions by the National Bank of Ukraine on normative legal regulation of activities for provision of financial services and supervision of such activities of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Approve Changes in Rules of creation and submission of the reporting by participants of the market of the non-bank financial services to the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 25, 2021 No. 123 (with changes) (further - Changes in Rules) which are applied.

2. Finance companies, pawnshops give to the National Bank of Ukraine monthly, since reporting date:

1) on May 01, 2025 (for April, 2025) the following files:

LRF04 "Data on Receivables and Payables";

LRF05 "Data on Money and Their Equivalents";

LRF06 "Data on Subordinated Debt";

LRF07 "Data on the Raised Funds";

LRF08 "Data on Structure of Investments";

2) on August 01, 2025 (July, 2025) following files:

LRG01 "Data on Agreements and Transactions on Guarantees";
