About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan directed to strengthening of social protection of the military personnel

For the purpose of further strengthening of social protection by improvement of housing providing the military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan which are not provided with housing in accordance with the established procedure:

1. Make change and addition to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

increase since March 1, 2025 for 20 percent of the size of the monthly monetary compensation paid to the military personnel for employment (sublease) of housing;

establishment since June 1, 2025 of the size of the initial contribution allocated in case of receipt of mortgage loan on acquisition (construction) of housing by the serviceman who passed military service more than ten years in calendar calculation, provided with housing based on parameters of allocation of the mortgage loans approved according to acts of the legislation in the amount of 35 percent of settlement cost of housing.

2. To the Ministry of Economics and finance according to reasonable requests of the ministries and departments which are part of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2025 to allocate necessary funds from the Government budget for the additional expenses of their military personnel connected with the increased payments of monthly monetary compensation for employment (sublease) of housing since 2026 to provide prediscretion of necessary means in parameters of the Government budget.

3. To the Ministry of Defence together with the interested ministries and departments to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in acts of the legislation following from this resolution in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the secretary of the Security Council in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan V. V. Makhmudov.

The change and amendment brought in some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. "About additional measures of ensuring social protection of the military personnel of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan" to state Item 1 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 30, 2005 to No. PP-112 in the following edition:

"1. Establish since March 1 until the end of 2025 the amount of payment of monthly monetary compensation for employment (sublease) of housing by the contract serviceman of ordinary, sergeant and officer structures of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, not secure housing, within actual costs (excepting payment of utilities):

to 4, the 8-fold size of basic settlement size - in the city of Tashkent;

to 3, the 6-fold size of basic settlement size - in the city of Nukus and the regional centers;

to 2, the 4-fold size of basic settlement size - in other cities, the district centers and settlements of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In the presence of three and more family members the specified sizes of monetary compensation the serviceman increase by 50 percent.

Since 2026 annually the amount of payment of monthly monetary compensation is established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers by regions proceeding from market prices for employment of housing. In case of repeated determination of market prices for employment of housing the basis is information of the Tax Committee on the lease agreement of the real estate registered in the automated information system of tax authorities which is annually provided as of October 1. In cases when market price for employment of housing constitutes less than the sizes of the regulations of monthly compensation specified in Item 1 of this resolution, the regulations of monthly compensation established by this resolution do not change".

2. To add Item 190 of the Regulations on procedure for the passing of military service by citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 12, 2019 No. PP-4447, after the words "25 percent" with words "(for the military personnel who passed military service within more than 10 years in calendar calculation - 35 percent)".
