About the Concept of Bases of the legislation of EurAsEC on education (on the basis of the comparative and legal analysis of national legal systems and taking into account provisions of the Bologna declaration, 1999)

The bureau of Inter-parliamentary Assembly decides:

1. Approve the Concept of Bases of the legislation of EurAsEC on education developed on the basis of the comparative and legal analysis and taking into account provisions of the Bologna declaration, 1999 (appendix 1, of 2) and to use it as the basic document in case of project development of Bases of the legislation of EurAsEC on education.

2. Send the specified documents to the national parliaments, the Secretariat of Integration Committee interested state bodies of the countries of Community for introduction of relevant proposals on contents of the project of Bases of the legislation of EurAsEC on education.

3. Offer the Permanent commission of MPA on social policy and the Secretariat of MPA Bureau together with the Secretariat of Integration Committee of EurAsEC (under approval) to create working group and to start project development of Bases of the legislation of EurAsEC on education.

4. Consider it expedient to develop the interstate target program "Forming and Development of General Educational Space of State Members of Eurasian Economic Community".

Suggest Integration Committee to consider question of creation under Integration Committee of Council by training for forming of general educational space within Community.

5. Support the offer of the Permanent commission of MPA on social policy about carrying out together with Moscow State University of the educational forum "Problems of Teaching Russian in State Members of EurAsEC".
