About approval of Rules of interaction of divisions of law-enforcement bodies in the prevention and suppression of illegal migration
According to the subitem 10) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607, I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of interaction of divisions of law-enforcement bodies in the prevention and suppression of illegal migration.
2. To provide to department of criminal police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) Within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction its in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the direction in Department of legal and rule-making coordination of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 1) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan the police colonel Alenov B. T. and Department of criminal police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Nurmagambetov K. B.).
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
