About the organization and functioning of the State inspection of financial control

Based on article 78 of the Law No. 181/2014 on public finance and budget and tax responsibility (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 223 – 230, the Art. 519), with subsequent changes, Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, parts (1), (5) and (7) Article 14 and part (1) article 15 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 160 – 164, the Art. 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Change the name of Financial inspection, the administrative authority subordinated to the Ministry of Finance, to the State inspection of financial control.

2. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the State inspection of financial control according to appendix No. 1;

2) structure of the State inspection of financial control according to appendix No. 2;

3) to organigramm of the State inspection of financial control according to appendix No. 3;

4) changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 4.

3. Establish the extreme number of the State inspection of financial control in number of 119 units with the annual salary fund according to the legislation.

4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 1026/2010 about the organization of activities for financial inspection (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 221-222, 1151), with subsequent changes.
