I. Purposes

II. Measures for enhancement of export procedures

Hodzhayev) quarterly to carry out analyses by efficiency of the implemented export customs duties, if necessary to make offers on their change in Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. Make changes and addition to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2, providing cancellation:

(a) export procedure of objects and products based on decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

(b) the charges levied when exporting some types of goods.

5. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
