About the Procedure for provision of the special mode of regulation in the field of innovations and digital technologies

According to item 4 of appendix 4 to the presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 27, 2024 "About questions of the Agency of innovations and digital technologies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides No. 798:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision of the special mode of regulation in the field of innovations and digital technologies it (is applied).

2. To enable the realization of this Procedure taking into account requirements to the choice of pilot project on belonging to economic and social spheres of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. To the agency of innovations and digital technologies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- develop and approve the standard table of the offered pilot projects concerning which there is sales opportunity of the special mode of regulation;

- in case of documents acceptance on realization of pilot project to consider all mechanisms of interaction with representatives of the state and private sectors.

4. To the ministries and departments, local executive bodies of the government, the companies, organizations and other relevant organizations, irrespective of their patterns of ownership and departmental subordination:

- for realization of paragraph one of Item 3 of this resolution no later than the 10th of summing up annually to provide the list of pilot projects to the Agency of innovations and digital technologies for the purpose of consideration of possibility of use of the special mode of regulation to them;

- carry out explanatory work on strengthening of process of use of this Procedure.
