About modification of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 21, 2022 No. 2

For the purpose of implementation of articles 2 and 14 of the Agreement on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019, according to Item 154 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 21, 2022 No. 2 "About realization of pilot project on implementation of the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" the following changes:

a) in paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "December 31, 2024." shall be replaced with words "on June 30, 2025";

b) in paragraph three of Item 3 of the word "from January 1 to December 31, 2024." shall be replaced with words "from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025".

2. The Eurasian economic commission together with authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union to proceed from inexpediency of further prolongation of terms of carrying out pilot project.

3. The Eurasian economic commission together with authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union to prepare and submit for consideration:

Eurasian intergovernmental council (during the meeting in III quarter 2025) the draft decision about the beginning of functioning of the mechanism of traceability on permanent basis;

Council of the Eurasian economic commission (during the meeting in III quarter 2025) the draft decision about approval of the inventory on which traceability will be performed.
