In recent years in our country the system measures aimed at the further development of the concert and spectacular sphere, creation of conditions for the people working in this sphere, promoting of national variety art, innovative cultural development and arts are implemented.
At the same time there is need for consecutive continuation of development of art of live execution, satisfaction of requirement of the population for live execution and protection of its right as consumer, implementation of new mechanisms of stimulation of live execution.
This Law to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About cultural activities and the cultural organizations" makes the changes and additions providing determination of powers of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the direction of development of art of live execution and also refining of methods of execution of musical and other works depending on extent of use of soundtrack on concert and spectacular actions.
Besides, the changes determining procedure for provision of information on extent of use of soundtrack on concert and spectacular actions are made to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About consumer protection" and "About advertizing".
This Law will serve increase in efficiency of the organization of concert and spectacular actions, development of art of live execution, support of talented contractors, implementation of new mechanisms of stimulation of live execution.
