About entering of amendments and changes into some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement of system of support of donor movement

In recent years in our country the system work directed to further enhancement of activities of organizations of service of blood, and also development of non-paid donor movement among the republic population is carried out.
At the same time there is need of fixing at the legislative level of the legal basis of support and stimulation of donors, systematically both gratuitously taking blood test and its components, and also donorship developments.
This Law in the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About streamlining of free use of urban passenger transportation" and "About donorship of blood and its components" respectively makes the additions and changes providing increase in the size of the one-time monetary reward for persons awarded with the breastplate "Ўзбекистон Respublikasi of fakhriya the donor" and also provision of the right of free use by it of urban passenger transportation (except for share and linear taxis), exit to annual labor leave in time, convenient for them, and extraordinary receipt of permits for sanatorium treatment.
This Law will serve development of donorship of blood and its components by creation of the additional legal basis of support and stimulation of donors, and also to forming of culture of non-paid donorship among the population.
Article 1. Bring in article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 30, 1996 No. 278-I "About streamlining of free use of urban passenger transportation" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1996, No. 9, Art. 141; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, No. 12, Art. 470; 2022, No. 5, Art. 464; 2024, No. 10, Art. 1076) following amendment and change:
